Shahin Shateri: Up for an exciting challenge

An exciting chapter awaits when you are up for a new adventure.

For Shahin Shateri, he is excited to take a new challenges as he opens a new journey with EventoMax.

"I was thrilled to learn that I would be joining the EventoMax team. I knew that this would be a great opportunity for me to work with a talented group of individuals, while also contributing to the success of the company," he said.

Shahin is the newest Head of Operations for EventoMax. His responsibility is to ensure that the company's activities and operations remain productive and successful always.

"I want to see EventoMax gain a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy partner in the industry and industry leader in technology. Additionally, I see potential in expanding EventoMax's services globally, and making it an accessible platform for clients worldwide," he added.

To achieve this goal, Shahin's contributions to the company will be his 12 years of leadership, management, client relationship, and sales experience in the industry.

His experiences have given him a profound awareness of the value of customer service as well as the ability to lead and encourage teams to achieve maximum success.

According to Shahin, his experiences in sales and client relationships will help him find and acquire new clients, and his background in management and leadership will allow him to effectively lead teams to accomplish organizational goals and spur growth.

Beyond a leader

Even though he is the Head of Operations, he prefers to be viewed as a mentor and friend rather than a leader.

He wants the team to feel at ease approaching him with any questions or suggestions since they know he will listen, offer advice, and be there for them.

As a friend, Shahin wants to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

As a leader, he wants to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their full potential, and to lead by example in terms of work ethic, integrity, and commitment to the company's goals.

As a mentor, Shahin wants to share his knowledge and experience with colleagues and help them develop the skills and confidence they need to advance in their careers.

"Overall, I strive to be approachable, supportive, and empowering for all of my team members," he added.

Shahin has been with EventoMax for more than a week and so far, his journey has been a positive one.

"From the moment I joined the company, I was warmly welcomed by the CEO and the rest of the team. The CEO took the time to introduce me to the company's culture and values, and to give me a clear understanding of the company's goals and objectives," he added.

The team is also welcoming and supportive for he felt comfortable and confident with his new journey with EventoMax.

Being impressed with the level of knowledge, experience, and expertise of his colleagues, he knows that will be learning from everyone too.

"I am also excited about the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and to contribute to the company's success. Overall, my first impressions of EventoMax were extremely positive, and I was looking forward to the journey ahead," Shahin said.
